Impermanence of our time

Impermanence is a concept that touches all aspects of life, from health to relationships with others, and represents the idea that everything that exists is subject to change.
In the Buddhist tradition, impermanence is one of the four seals that outline the philosophical positions of Buddhism.
When we understand impermanence, we can enjoy what is in this moment, knowing that it will change, without clinging to what is impermanent and without feeling anxiety or worry about its loss.
Furthermore, impermanence helps us build healthy and realistic relationships, as it makes us aware that relationships are conditioned by causes and conditions that can change over time.
This allows us to enjoy the relationship for as long as it lasts, without deluding ourselves that it will last forever.
The concept of impermanence is also present in the Chinese tradition, where the ancient text I Ching, the book of changes, is based on this principle.
Finally, impermanence can be used as a resource to avoid complicating things and creating suffering, as the Zen tradition suggests.
