UCI Gravel World Series 2025

Matthew Holmes and Lucia Gonzalez Blanco won the 114 Gravel Race, which was part of the UCI Gravel World Series on March 29, 2025, in Elvas, Portugal.

Holmes completed the men’s elite race with a time of 3 hours, 13 minutes, and 25 seconds, while Gonzalez Blanco finished the women’s elite race in 3 hours, 36 minutes, and 14 seconds.

The next event in the UCI Gravel World Series is the Wörthersee Gravel Race, scheduled for April 6, 2025, in Austria.

Matthew Holmes: A former road professional, Holmes won the men’s elite race at the 114 Gravel Race. He also won The Gralloch UCI Gravel World Series round in May 2024.

Lucia Gonzalez Blanco: She won the women’s elite race at the 114 Gravel Race. Prior to this victory, she had been involved in ski racing but had recently returned to cycling.

The 114 Gravel Race was the sixth qualifying round for the 2025 UCI Gravel World Championships, although the location and date for the championships are still undecided.
